How do I add Korean language to my OTDR FF-960?

To add Korean language to your OTDR FF-960, you must first provide its S/N number to our engineering team to receive the required software. Once you have the software, connect the OTDR to your PC using a USB cable. Copy the upgrade software to the root directory of the OTDR's internal disk. After copying, safely disconnect from your PC. On the OTDR, navigate to 'system -> general settings -> upgrade'. The device will automatically reboot after approximately 2 minutes. Ensure the OTDR remains powered on throughout the entire update process.

First of all, please let us know S/N number at back of OTDR. Then, our engineer will send you a software to add korean language. And then, follow these steps to upgrade your OTDR,

1) connect OTDR to PC with a USB cable
2) copy upgrade software to the root of OTDR DISC
3) disconnect from PC
4) go to system -> general settings -> upgrade
5) Around 2 mins later, the OTDR will re-boot automatically
Do not turn off OTDR when updating.
