CPRI-01 CPRI Water proof Fiber Cable Patch Cord

We deployed bulk quantities of the CPRI-01 waterproof patch cords across our regional FTTA (Fiber-to-the-Antenna) cell site upgrades. The 7mm heavy-duty Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) outer jacket and 80N tensile force strength provide robust protection against wind-load flexing and mechanical strain along vertical tower runs. Using 50/125µm OM2 multimode fiber with sealed LC/UPC waterproof connectors ensures a weather-tight interface between baseband units (BBU) and remote radio heads (RRH). It easily withstands severe outdoor exposure within its specified operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.

Optical loss budgets are tight on multi-gigabit CPRI links, and the CPRI-01 cable performs exceptionally well. In our optical loss testing, insertion loss consistently stayed well below the specified 38dB across 50-meter and 100-meter spans. The factory pre-terminated LC/UPC and SC/UPC connector options saved our climbing crews substantial time during field installation by eliminating on-tower splicing.
