F2 Series Network and Server Cabinet Frame

We deployed a large batch of the 42U (800mm width, 1000mm depth) F2 Series cabinets across our enterprise data hall expansion. From an engineering perspective, the structural rigidity of the frame is exceptional—the SPCC cold-rolled steel construction with 2.0mm mounting profiles and 1.5mm mounting angles comfortably handles our high-density blade deployments up to the full 800KG static loading capacity without structural deflection. Full compliance with ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, IEC297-2, and ETSI standards made mounting third-party rail kits completely seamless. The combination of a toughened glass front door and steel rear door, paired with the pre-installed 4-fan cooling unit, provides controlled airflow management and clear visual inspection of status LEDs without opening the enclosure.

As a enterprise buyer managing multi-site rollouts, logistics costs and field assembly times are critical metrics. The flat-pack delivery model of the F2 Series reduced our freight volume by roughly two-thirds compared to fully assembled racks, yielding substantial freight savings. The precision engineering of the frame components ensures quick on-site assembly. The lockable, adjustable cable entries on both the top cover and bottom panel allow clean, strain-relieved entry for heavy copper trunks and pre-terminated fiber bundles. Having both heavy-duty castors and adjustable leveling feet working simultaneously makes positioning and securing fully loaded racks very straightforward.

Managing high-density cabling environments requires well-thought-out cabinet access and power integration. The F2 Series addresses these day-two operational needs effectively. The removable side panels significantly simplify side-access maintenance when dressing vertical cable runs or servicing zero-U PDUs. The factory-included 10A PDU and equipment trays provided immediate out-of-the-box utility, reducing our auxiliary procurement needs. Additionally, the IP20-rated, degreased, and powder-coated surface finish (RAL9004 Black) has proven durable against scuffs during heavy hardware installation. It is a reliable, standardized server and network cabinet system for enterprise IT infrastructure.
